Request for minutes silence from Cramond FC 2005's for Lewis Johnson

Sadly in July of this year Lewis Johnson one of Cramond FC 2005's players tragically lost his life whilst he was on holiday in Mexico.
Everyone at SERYFA would like to express our deepest sympathies to Lewis family, friends and team mates at this sad time

Cramond FC 2005's have requested that we ask all 2005's teams playing their first game of the season this weekend if they could please observe a minutes silence in respect for Lewis,
I have attached a copy of the message be that we received from Cramond FC.

"You mentioned that you could put this upon the website and ask for all teams within our year group to observe a minutes silence prior to the games scheduled for Sunday.
I’ve spoken to Lewis’ parents and they have said this would be a kind gesture.
Lewis’ dad Ian has asked if he can come to our game scheduled on Sunday also."

Cramond FC have put together a few words which they feel are appropriate.

Cramond FC 2005 age group tragically lost the life of Lewis Johnson in July this year.
We would like to express our deepest sympathies to Lewis’ family at this sad time.
Lewis was the epitome of the blonde haired blue eyed boy whose competitive yet fair spirit is what every true champion represents.
Lewis will always walk beside us and will be remembered by all who were blessed with his company.
We miss you Lewis but we know you will be there with us kicking, heading and running for every ball and having the smile that brought sunshine to us all”
