Parking Notice - Meadowbank Sports Centre

Meadowbank Sports Centre have asked us to send the following message:

To avoid disappointment over the lack of car parking availability at busy times, we kindly ask you to please consider car sharing, using public transport or an alternative means of travel to Meadowbank Sports Centre. 

There are various areas around the centre where on street parking is available, there is also local car parks at Meadowbank Shopping Park and Holyrood Car Parks with approximately 100 car parking spaces. It can become challenging during peak times and special events to guarantee an available space.  The council have a citywide active travel strategy which includes reducing car park availability at commercial new builds and encouraging the public to take council transport or car share.
