Representatives from the Association Committee attended a presentation dinner to mark Mitch Agnew's 25 years of devoted service to the SYFA
The evening at Queens Park Lesser Hampden was a great success and as seen in the photograph, Chairman Ian Richardson made a presentation to Mitch from our Association marking a tribute to the outstanding service that Mitch has provided to all over those years.
The good news is that Mitch intends to stay around for another few years.

It is with great sadness that we have to advise of the passing of Frank Lewis at the age of 85 on Sunday 15 December. In recent times he was the Chairman of our 13/14s Association whilst also holding the role of Vice Chairman of the 15/18s Association.

The Scottish FA are running an in-person support session in Livingston on the evening of Tuesday 22nd October 2024
The session will be an opportunity to meet the Scottish FA Comet support team and be provided with help and advice on the new football management system.
The team will also take attendees through a number of typical processes such as registering players and coaches.

We wish to clarify the registration process on COMET for an SYFA Player who may also have dual registration with an approved organisation.
The agreements can be found on our website.
The player is to be registered as normal firstly by their SYFA Club.
Once confirmed by the Scottish FA, they can then be registered with the secondary club as a dual registration.
SYFA staff are working our way through the competitions to ensure all players and officials are registered.
